The Q-band 80W LCTWTA is a high performance amplifier for mission-critical applications in communication satellites and space-based systems. This LCTWTA boasts advantages such as a wide frequency bandwidth, enhanced linearity, light weight, and high efficiency.

 

The Q-band 80W LCTWTA supports wide bandwidths up to 5GHz at Q-band frequencies (37.5GHz~42.5GHz), enabling high-data-rate communications. It incorporates a lightweight LCAMP (Linearized Channel Amplifier) for dynamic gain adjustment and adaptive pre-distortion, maintaining optimal performance under varying operational conditions, such as enhanced linearity and flatness. Additionally, the product features a high power supply noise suppression ratio, achieving over 55dB rejection against periodic noise induced by switching-mode devices.

 

The Q-band 80W LCTWTA achieves total efficiency over 50%, significantly reducing thermal load and spacecraft power budget requirements. The overall design adopts lightweight construction, achieving a high power density. It is integrated under/over-voltage protection and auto-recovery functionality safeguard against power anomalies. The amplifier autonomously detects and mitigates occasional discharge events within 1ms. In terms of reliability, the designed service life exceeds 140000 hours with radiation-hardened components, ensuring uninterrupted service in harsh orbital environments.
