The Q-band 30W SSPA is a high realibility and high performance amplifier for mission-critical applications in communication satellites and space-based systems. This SSPA boasts advantages such as a wide frequency bandwidth, enhanced linearity, light weight, and cost effective. This SSPA is compatible with most satellite platforms and orbit types.

The Q-band 30W SSPA supports wide bandwidths (37.5GHz~39.5GHz), enabling high-data-rate communications. With the space qualified GaN technology,the Q-band 30W SSPA ensures 17 dBc NPR and 1.5dB flatness at the nominal operating point. Additionally, this SSPA is equipped with a port switching function , allowing it to switch between two output ports.

The Q-band 30W SSPA consists of Power Amplifier Unit (PAU) and Electronic Power Conditioner (EPC). Its space applicability was confirmed through space environmental tests and The SSPAs has been working on-orbit over 30 units. In terms of reliability, the designed service life exceeds 48000 hours with radiation-hardened components, ensuring uninterrupted service in harsh orbital environments.
