The 12m S/X Band Remote Sensing Ground Station Antenna primarily consists of a feed subsystem, a mechanical structure subsystem, an antenna control subsystem, and auxiliary antenna equipment. It is capable of converging and amplifying weak signals from satellites, stimulating sum signals and spatial angle error signals, and converting the energy form and polarization of downlink telemetry signals. It completes the acquisition and tracking of satellites and possesses functions such as polarization control and angle calibration equipment.
This 12m S/X Band Remote Sensing Ground Station Antenna primarily performs full-sky, blind-zone-free tracking and signal reception tasks for S-band and X-band targets of low-orbit satellites with orbital altitudes above 300km, as well as S-band uplink telemetry, tracking, and command (TT&C) signal transmission tasks. It features multiple tracking modes, including automatic tracking and programmed tracking, and possesses the capability to automatically guide the X-band through the S-band.
